Multi-jurisdiction compliance for Web3 protocols, in one flow

DeFi, exchanges, RWA platforms, wallets. If your users sit in more than one jurisdiction, your compliance already does too. LEXI turns that from sequential counsel into one flow with a verifiable artifact at the end.

The old way, and what it costs you

Clearing India, the UAE and the US today means separate engagements, separate timelines, and memos that never reference each other. Months of sequential counsel before you can tell an exchange or a partner that you are covered. And at the end, the output is a PDF opinion nobody downstream can check.

Your counterparties do not want your word for it. They want something they can verify without calling your lawyer.

What you get with LEXI

  • One submission. Upload documentation once, pick your target jurisdictions, and work with an assigned licensed professional per jurisdiction. The full flow is on the how it works page.
  • A real legal opinion. Not a risk score and not an AI answer: a scoped, dated crypto legal opinion co-signed by a licensed professional with a stake behind their signature.
  • A credential that travels. The opinion is committed on Base as a verifiable credential naming your reliers. Exchanges, partners and reliers check it themselves, in one call.

Pricing

Services are priced in USDC, scoped per jurisdiction set. You never need to hold $LEXI to use LEXI. USDC price points publish at V0; until then, early protocols get a scoped quote. The pricing model is documented in plain text at /pricing.md.

The founding cohort

V0 opens VARA-first with a small founding cohort. Early protocols get the first clearance slots and a say in the credential schema while it is still being locked against real cases. When you write in, tell us what you are building and which jurisdictions you need. A founder reads every request.
