1. What this site is
lexiprotocol.com describes the LEXI protocol, which is pre-launch, with V0 live on Base Sepolia (testnet). Content is provided for information only. It may change as the protocol design moves through build, audit and governance, and the site says so where it matters.
2. No legal advice, no law firm
Nothing on this site is legal advice. LEXI is not a law firm and does not practice law. No attorney-client relationship arises from reading this site, contacting us, or using the protocol. Legal opinions referenced on this site are issued by independent licensed professionals, engaged directly by their clients, to named reliers under a defined scope.
3. No offer, no solicitation
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, financial instrument or virtual asset, in any jurisdiction. $LEXI has not launched and no sale is open. Any future token event will be conducted under its own terms and eligibility restrictions, which will exclude persons from jurisdictions where participation would be unlawful, including US persons in any public sale.
4. Credentials and reliance
A LEXI credential records a co-signed legal opinion. It is not a licence, registration or regulator approval. Reliance on an opinion is available only to the reliers the credential names, and only after those reliers accept the applicable reliance terms. Reading public credential metadata confers no reliance rights.
5. Risk
Virtual assets and smart contracts carry risk, including the loss of the entire value of any asset and the failure of software. Do not make decisions based on this site's content without your own advice.
6. Intellectual property
The LEXI name, the Gateway mark and the content of this site belong to the LEXI project. You may quote with attribution; you may not present this site's content as your own or use the mark to imply endorsement.
7. Changes
These terms will be replaced by full terms of service, drafted by counsel, before V0 onboarding. The dated line at the top reflects the last real change.
